These terms apply to consumer purchases from our website.
ORDERS
Select your goods, review your basket and provide your delivery and payment details at checkout. Please correct any errors before submitting your order.
By placing a paid order, you agree to pay the displayed total. The contract language is English.
If we cannot supply an item or discover a pricing error, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If an order is not accepted, any payment taken will be returned promptly.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product pages describe the goods and their stated specifications. Screen settings may affect how colours appear, but this does not reduce our obligation to supply goods matching their description.
Follow the care and use instructions supplied with your watch, including any stated water-resistance limitations.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The applicable currency, product price and delivery charges are displayed before payment. Prices include taxes where required by law.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Applicable import charges and responsibility for paying them must be disclosed before purchase in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS

A legal exception applies where you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer.
