PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Product-specific or pre-order delivery arrangements will be displayed before purchase.

Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The applicable delivery charge and material delivery restrictions are displayed before you place your order.

TRACKING

TAXES AND IMPORT CHARGES

Charges or their calculation method must be disclosed before purchase. We will not impose undisclosed additional charges contrary to applicable law.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

Contact us if your order has not arrived within the stated delivery period.

If we miss an agreed delivery time, your legal rights may include requiring delivery within an appropriate additional period and cancelling for a refund if delivery still does not occur.

Immediate cancellation may be available if we refuse delivery or an agreed deadline was essential.

Carrier or customs delays do not automatically remove your statutory rights.

Goods normally remain our responsibility until received by you or your nominated recipient. A legal exception applies if you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer.

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel, contact us so we can investigate.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Check your delivery address before purchase. Contact us promptly about any error. We will confirm whether a change is still possible.

Any reasonable, legally chargeable redelivery cost will be explained before redelivery is arranged.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact contact@westmerewatches.com.

Photographs may help our investigation but are not an absolute condition of your statutory rights.
