RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You may cancel an eligible online purchase without giving a reason. Notify us within 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives your goods. For a single order delivered separately, this period normally starts after receipt of the final item.

To cancel, email contact@westmerewatches.com with a clear statement of your decision. Please include your order number if available. You may also cancel before delivery.

RETURNING YOUR GOODS

Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation, unless we have offered to collect them.

If we have not provided the legally required advance information about return costs, we will bear those costs.

Please package your watch securely and include its supplied accessories. You may examine the goods as you would in a shop. Where legally permitted, we may reduce a refund for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

Opening the packaging does not automatically remove your cancellation rights. We do not charge a restocking fee for statutory cancellations.

REFUNDS

When you cancel an entire order, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for premium delivery are not refundable beyond that standard amount.

Refunds are made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory 14-day period. Unless we offered collection, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you returned them, whichever occurs first.

We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS

Your goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Where the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies, you normally have a 30-day short-term right to reject non-conforming goods for a refund. After that, rights to repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or final rejection may apply.

We cover reasonable return costs for goods that do not conform to the contract. These rights are separate from change-of-mind returns and any commercial warranty.

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS AND SALE ITEMS

Clearly personalised goods, such as watches engraved to your specification, may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Sale items retain the same statutory rights as full-price items.
